General Provisions

3.2 Account Verification
be345 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other documents as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process for identity verification. Certain account features may be restricted until verification is complete.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be considered inactive. In accordance with be345 policy, a maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts; however, the balance will never be reduced below zero.
3.4 Account Cancellation and Suspension
be345 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on the be345 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The speed of a completed withdrawal may also depend on the payment provider.
4.3 Verification Requirements
Account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. be345 may request additional information and place a hold on requests in the case of any suspicious transaction.
4.4 Currency
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). be345 does not provide any currency conversion service.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before it can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms

be345 has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Regular players are promoted to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits at each level — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Platinum.
Gaming Rules

All games on be345 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by impartial algorithms, and no changes are made in favor of or against any account.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting market. be345 reserves the right to change betting limits under special circumstances.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error or system failure, be345 reserves the right to refund the bets for that game or take appropriate action. Prizes displayed incorrectly due to a software error are not valid.
6.4 Betting Rules
- A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Any bet placed after a betting market has closed will be considered void.
- No new bets may be placed while a market is suspended during a live event.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the be345 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes using fraudulent methods or software.

- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Participating in match fixing or corrupt betting with other players.

- Registering in a third party's name or selling an account.
